Constraints an agent must satisfy
- solar-chainPanel (6 V corroborated) feeds the bq24074 charger, which charges the 1S LiPo; the Feather runs from and charges the same battery. One coherent power chain.
- environmentThe BME280's corroborated operating range (-40 to +85 C, 300-1100 hPa) covers outdoor deployment; the 1554 enclosure is polycarbonate and IP68 (corroborated).
- interfaceAll sensors are I2C (BME280, VEML7700, display); the Feather's STEMMA QT port chains them with the Qwiic cable kit.
- instrument-ioThe weather meter kit is passive - pulse counting for wind/rain (2.4 km/h per Hz, 0.2794 mm per tip, both corroborated) and an analog vane. The Feather has the GPIO and ADC for all three.
